Annual XRF Short Course Registration
XRF2022  July 18 - July 22, 2022

The course may have to be moved online if changes to the COVID-19 Pandemic cause Hamilton College to close.  In this event, participants will be refunded costs for accommodation and meals.

Course Registration Fees

Annual Course (also includes one workshop, meals, and accommodation): $ 2850.00 USD

The fee includes the attendance of all the Special Topics Workshops, the "Guidelines for XRF Analysis" - Willis et al. (2014) book, the extensive course materials (incl. all PowerPoint presentations) in PDF format, practical exercise and complete data charts, tables and other related technical information or references which are specially prepared for the course. The fee also includes all the taxes.

All participants of the course must stay in the one of the college residences with single occupancy, shared bathrooms, and air conditioning.

The course registration fee published prior to May 6, 2022 was incorrect.  The current fee is correct.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to the coordinator, Dr. Mike Hinds. A full refund will be issued, less a $300 USD processing fee, if the cancellation is received by May 15, 2022. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 8, 2022.

We are monitoring the situation in the US with the COVID-19. At this point there is no reason to anticipate any impact on the course.
If we are forced to cancel the course due to COVID-19 we will move to an online format and issue refunds related to meals and accommodation.

Due this situation we suggest to purchase insurance with your flight reservations.
Our team will decide 4 weeks before the course date if we have sufficient number of participants.
